Smoked Paprika Yogurt Sauce


Here's a simple sauce recipe thats perfectly spiced with smoked paprika. Enjoy w/ falafels, grilled fish, or steamed vegetables.


  • 1 cup Unpasteurized Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped Cilantro
  • 1 few pinched of Sea Salt
  • freshly cracked Black Pepper


1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and gently whisk in the remainder of the ingredients until thoroughly incorporated. Taste, adjust salt as preferred. Serve.
